Third Party – Any physical or legal entity, including public institutions.

Registration – The process of creating a personal account in the application.
Account – The user’s personal profile in the Dzala mobile application.
To use the Dzala application, users must complete a registration process, providing the following details:

Password.
Users may register immediately upon downloading the application. Full functionality is available after completing the registration and authorization process. Access to the system is possible via
Apple authentication
Google authentication;
Users confirm and agree that:
The provided information is complete and accurate;
They will not use another person’s data for registration;
They will not use offensive or morally inappropriate names;
They will not disseminate false information through the application;
They will not impersonate others;
They will not violate the rights of other users or third parties;
They will not use software that disrupts the application’s functionality;
They will respect intellectual property rights;
They will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts;
They will not engage in activities that endanger the operation of the application;
They will comply with applicable laws and Dzala’s privacy policy.
Dzala ensures the development of security mechanisms but does not bear responsibility for unauthorized data access, damages caused by third parties, or services provided by third parties to users. Users acknowledge that they use the application at their own risk. Dzala does not guarantee uninterrupted access or an error-free platform. Dzala is not liable for damages or disruptions caused by third-party service providers, such as internet providers and mobile operators.
"Dzala" does not assume responsibility for any websites that may be linked within the application as external links. The content, terms, conditions, and privacy policies of these websites may differ from Dzala’s principles. Therefore, users are encouraged to review the terms of use and privacy policies of these websites to ensure an informed decision before engaging with them.
This document is governed by Georgian legislation. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation; otherwise, disputes will be adjudicated by the Tbilisi City Court. If any provision of this document is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.
Dzala reserves the right to amend this document at any time. Changes take effect upon publication in the application. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are required to review the privacy policy before using the application. Dzala encourages users to check updates periodically, as the document may change. By providing personal data, users grant Dzala the right to store, process, and use the information. This document defines Dzala’s policies on processing, usage, and storage of user data in compliance with the Georgian Personal Data Protection Law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
